Unfortunately, this was another very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely slow, and the staff appeared careless and uninterested in looking after customers. the overall service felt very disorganised. While I was waiting, I also noticed several other customers complaining about the food and, especially, the service. After multiple disappointing experiences, I have decided that I will not be visiting this store again. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service. Thanks

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and I’m a regular customer. However, there is one young man who I believe may be the owner’s son. Unfortunately, I’ve found his attitude to be quite arrogant. On one occasion, he handed me my drinks in a rather careless way, almost as if he was throwing them at me. I thanked him twice while collecting my food, but he didn’t respond and gave me a rather strange look. I found the interaction quite uncomfortable, especially compared with how friendly and welcoming the other staff are.

I ordered No. 21 (6 Grilled Wings Meal) and clearly told the young staff member I wanted the grilled wings option. I also placed a separate order for 6 wings and a Pepsi for my friend. When another staff member (around 45–50 years old) handed over the food, the order was completely wrong. I told him, “I don’t think this is my order,” but all he kept saying was, “It comes like this.” I honestly couldn’t understand the logic. I never ordered a BBQ wings meal, and the extra 6 wings I paid for were missing. Instead of checking the order, he just kept repeating the same thing. To make it worse, both orders were servedz on the same plate, which wasn’t what we expected, it was a really disappointing experience, mainly because of the poor communication and incorrect order.

Hi, As you can see on the menu, I ordered No. 21, which says 6 Grill or BBQ Wings Meal I told young guy I’ll go with the 6 grilled wings meal, and then also ordered 6 wings and a Pepsi separate for my friend. But another guy was like (45-50 age) gave me completely the wrong s*hi*t. I told him, Maybe this isn't mine and he just says it comes like this. I was like, what the helllll? Am I stu*pid? I didn't ask for a BBQ wings meal, and where are the other 6 fried wings I ordered? And he just kept repeating, It comes like this. At that point, I lost my mind and decided not to even bother talking to this gentle guy and his nonsense logic anymore. And also they gave us food in a same plate😡. Very disappointing experience.

To anyone reading this, PLEASE avoid this place. It is truly disgusting. Before I get to the food, the shop is extremely dirty wherever your eyes land on. There is years of build up on every surface and the place looks stuck in the 90s. You can see into the kitchen area which looks like biohazard. There is brown gunk absolutely everywhere and the cooking surfaces are dirty. The staff are rude and very dismissive. The food tastes awful and the chicken can’t even be real. Very rubbery and smells off. The people running this shop need to consider closing down for the of Allah as this can’t even be considered Halal at this point!
